Battered Curry Cakes

Curry happens to be my favorite meal to eat. I absolutely enjoy Korean and Japanese curry the most. We have bunch of spices that we use for Channa Masala at home (which is also delectable) and decided to add those flavors into my curry cakes.

  1. That looks really yummy! I'm definitely going have to try that this weekend. My daughter likes curry surprisingly. Must be because I had a lot of spicy food (mainly Indian and Thai) when I was pregnant. Lol!

  2. This looks delicious. I have mostly had curry in sauces before which I've loved.

  3. @Lariza: My mom got me into Japanese curry when I was younger, ha. I also love spicy food but my mom is not a big fan of it. Hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed it :)

  5. We eat tofu all the time but I have not thought of frying it up. Great idea! My favorite brand of curry is the House Japanese curry. Have a super week and take care, BAM

  6. The battered curry cakes remind me of katsu. I made some vegan Japanese curry, too on my blog, that might go well with that.
